Here's what we'll do to get started:
- Upon purchase, we upgrade your user license for the remainder of your current coaching term. You'll need a minimum of three (3) months remaining on your term, or you must pay for a minimum of six (6) months.
- You'll get a notification that your ClickUp license has been upgraded.
- Update your Reclaim.ai integration settings for ClickUp and confirm with your coach that this is enabled via screen share or screenshot.
Easy steps to use
- You tag the Coaching Development Plan (CDP) tasks assigned to you with 'reclaim' or 'reclaim_personal' to get them synced (unless you choose the option to auto-tag tasks assigned to you).
- Watch your CDP tasks appear in your calendar automatically.
- When you finish your task, click the Done button in Reclaim.ai to have them marked done in your Coaching Development Plan.

No, this works on all Reclaim.ai account tiers.
How fast is it?
Syncing can take up to five minutes to complete.
ClickUp automations initiate within a few seconds of conditions matching. Reclaim will take up to a minute to add it to your schedule and adjust commitments as necessary.
